Do you repair printers on-site?
For most jams, roller replacements and connectivity problems, yes. Board-level faults may need the printer to come to our workshop.
Why are my laser prints faded?
Usually low toner, a worn drum or a dirty transfer roller. We check each and replace only the part that is causing the problem.
