CPU, Desktop, and Laptop Repair Policy

1] Scope of Services:

2] Diagnosis:

  • All devices will be subject to a thorough diagnosis to identify the issue. This diagnosis may incur a fee, which will be applied to the final repair cost if you proceed with the repair.

  • Diagnosis fees will be waived if you choose to proceed with repairs, but will be charged if you decide not to repair.

3] Repair Process:

  • Repairs will begin only once the customer has approved the estimate. Any additional costs discovered during the repair process will be communicated and must be approved by the customer before proceeding.

4] Parts and Warranty:
