Inverter Installation Terms and Conditions

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the installation of an inverter system provided by [Service Provider Name] (hereafter referred to as "Service Provider") to [Client Name] (hereafter referred to as "Client"). These terms and conditions apply to all inverter installation services and should be read carefully before agreeing to the service.

1] Scope of Services:

  • Installation Services: The Service Provider will install the inverter system, including the inverter unit, batteries (if applicable), and related components such as wiring, breakers, and accessories as required.

  • Site Survey: A site survey will be conducted by the Service Provider prior to installation to assess the requirements and determine the best installation location for the inverter system.

  • System Setup and Configuration: The Service Provider will set up and configure the inverter system to ensure it operates efficiently and meets the Client's needs, including integration with the power grid (if applicable).

  • Testing: Once installation is complete, the Service Provider will test the system to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.

  • Training: The Service Provider will provide basic training to the Client on how to operate the inverter system, including safety guidelines, monitoring, and maintenance.

2] Client Responsibilities:

  • Access to Premises: The Client must provide the Service Provider with access to the installation site at agreed-upon times to perform the installation.

  • Electrical Infrastructure: The Client is responsible for ensuring that the electrical system at the installation site is capable of supporting the inverter system, including having a suitable power supply, grounding system, and any required electrical upgrades.

  • Approval of Installation Plan: The Client agrees to approve the placement of the inverter and related equipment after the site survey. Any changes to the installation plan during or after installation may incur additional charges.

  • Safety Compliance: The Client is responsible for ensuring the premises comply with relevant safety standards and regulations for inverter installations, including local building codes.

3] Pricing and Payment Terms:

  • Cost of Installation: The total cost of installation is based on the agreed quote, which includes the inverter unit, installation, configuration, and basic training. Additional services such as site-specific electrical work, permits, or additional equipment may incur extra charges.

  • Payment Schedule: A deposit of sixty percentage is due upon acceptance of the agreement, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the installation.

  • Additional Charges: Any work or services outside the scope of the initial agreement (e.g., electrical upgrades or additional components) will incur additional charges. These will be communicated and approved by the Client before proceeding.

4] Warranty and Support:

    • System upgrades or expansion of the inverter system beyond the original scope.

6] Installation Timeline:

  • Start Date: The installation will begin on a mutually agreed date after the site survey and agreement are completed.

  • Completion Date: Installation is expected to be completed within as per requirement from the start date, subject to the availability of necessary equipment and client cooperation.

  • Delays caused by factors such as weather, equipment availability, or access restrictions will be communicated to the Client promptly.

7] Liability:

  • Service Provider Liability: The Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of the inverter system, including data loss, property damage, or business interruption.

  • Client Liability: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any liability arising from improper use or modification of the inverter system after installation.

9] Termination:

  • Termination by the Client: The Client may terminate the installation agreement before the start of the installation by providing Ten Days written notice. The Client will be responsible for any costs incurred up to the point of termination.

  • Termination by the Service Provider: The Service Provider may terminate the agreement if the Client fails to provide necessary access, payment, or cooperation for the installation.

10] Force Majeure:

  • Neither party will be held responsible for delays or failure to perform under this agreement due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
